Stefan Mauch holds the CFA® designation (Chartered Financial Analyst), awarded by the CFA Institute (USA). This is a professional designation, not a regulated liberal profession under German law. CVI Technology provides software, research and information services only and does not provide licensable banking business, financial services or securities services within the meaning of the KWG, WpIG or WpHG.

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Our email address is stated above. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 VSBG).
